SAVANNAH, Ga., May 30, 2003 (PRIMEZONE) -- Zingit, Inc. (Pink Sheets:ZNGT) announced today that through its subsidiary, Hemisphere Travel, it has booked an entire cruise ship with Carnival Cruise Lines.

The cruise came as a result of the signing of a contract with Getmovingtoday (GMT), a direct sales company based in Dallas. This contract establishes Zingit as GMT's full-time travel management company. Zingit has already booked GMT'S first full ship charter aboard the Carnival Imagination, a 2000+ passenger luxury cruise liner based in Miami.

GMT and Zingit have developed a long-range on-going incentive program to be rolled out to the top producers of GMT that have helped increase GMT sales by more than 20 percent. The September 1, 2003, sailing of the Imagination, is the first of many expected full ship charters to be used by GMT.

Mr. Bruce Bise, Pres. of GMT, stated, "Our growth puts us in a position of needing a travel management company with the infrastructure, technology, and experience that Zingit has." In addition, Mr. Bise also stated, "Zingit gives us the ability to plan additional full ship charters in the future and other large events for our distributors."

According to Zingit's CEO, David Pollock, Zingit won the GMT Incentive contract because of the large volume purchasing power it has acquired and the solid reputation that has been built by providing full travel management services to many large companies and organizations. "The capability of our technology division has helped us secure many new clients," Pollock added. Zingit provides its corporate clients their own fully customized, name-branded web-based travel center that allows clients full search and booking capabilities found on other web sites, with the added convenience of never leaving their existing web site. These travel centers provide corporate travel as well as all forms of leisure travel.

Zingit, Inc. is currently negotiating nine additional incentive program contracts worth a combined $11 million per year. Several are full ship charters and others are land-based events. The ability to manage large events allows Zingit to further increase it's potential commission and override programs, allowing its member agencies the advantage of using Zingit's sales volume.

About Zingit: Zingit is a travel management company that aggregates travel bookings from clients and affiliates by providing LAN and Internet booking connection, office management services and training to independent travel agents and agencies worldwide through a central full-service travel agency, user-friendly web sites and walk-in storefronts.
